Due to the nature of digital products and online educational content, refunds for courses and digital materials are limited.

• The customer has not received access to purchased digital content after successful payment.

• A verified technical issue prevents access to the purchased product.

Refund requests will generally not be approved where:

• The customer has accessed or downloaded course materials.

3. Merchandise Refunds and Returns

• The product arrived damaged.

• The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Merchandise must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once digital access has been granted or a merchandise order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
